Who are you?
What are the questions that have brought you to my website? Many people come to see me at transition points in their lives with one or both of the following questions:-
What is the work I would like to do next? I need time, space and a coach to help me to focus on what I really care about and what I want to do with the next part of my life
Can you support me in the changes I need to make? I am in a transition and the skills and values that brought me success in the past, will no longer serve me or my work going forwards; they may even be a liability (e.g. being driven, a perfectionist, or a solo player).
People who get the most out of working with me are able to be curious about themselves, others and their situations. They are willing to experiment with different ways of doing things, they are able to reflect and to learn from the feedback they get. They learn to trust themselves and their own wisdom more during this process.
some of the questions clients have when they come to work with me:
Am I embodying my values, vision and passions in my daily life? If not, how could I do this more of the time?
How do I become a positive force for change in a context of uncertainty?
What are the stories that need to be told in this time, to create a positive future?
How can I use my strengths more often at work in impactful, joyful and creative ways that inspire and motivate others?
